Mr. Nader Khan is the founder and Managing Director of Pedrollo NK Limited, a market leader in water pump industry in Bangladesh since its inception for a span of around 33 years. He received B. Sc. from Chittagong College (under supervision of Dhaka University) in 1967 and studied “Mining” in Lahore Engineering University

Mr. Nader Khan has been proved himself as a promising business entrepreneur setting so many renowned business institutions. He is the Managing Director of Pedrollo nk Limited, PNL Holdings Limited, Pragati Corporation, Polyexprint Ltd. , Polyexprint Ltd. , Halda Valley Tea Co. Ltd. , Polytape Ltd., , Uttara Exchange & Securities Ltd,  PNL Water Management Ltd. , GEP Holdings Ltd.  As a part of his dedication towards business he has been honored as the Chairman of Artisan Ceramics Ltd, New Vision Information Technology Ltd, Cider Education Services Ltd. , National Life Insurance Co. Ltd., UP Smart Card Limited. He is also the Director of National Life Insurance Co. Ltd. The Consolidated Tea and Land Company (Bangladesh) Ltd. (Finlays), Hill Plantation Ltd., Baraoora (Sylhet) Tea Company Ltd. He is the Vice Chairman of Prime Bank limited and sponsor Director of Prime Insurance Ltd, Prime Finance & Investment Ltd, GEP Telecom Ltd.

He has the contribution to business association as a Director of Chittagong Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. He is also an educationist and has sole contribution to Cider School  Limited , Chittagong Independent University, Nazirhat college.

He is a Lion and became the Governor (2000-2001) of Lions Club International, District 315 B4, Bangladesh. He received award for outstanding contribution to LIONISM by Lions Club of Chittagong Panaroma City. He is also awarded by 12th Annual District Convention-2009 Governor’s Appreciation Award, received award in appreciation of his outstanding Leadership & dedication to Lionism by District Governor 2003-2004 and award for outstanding humanitarian activities 2007-2008

He serves important social institutions by dint of his exposure and experience for the development and progress of The Chittagong Club Ltd , Bhatiary Golf and Country Club , Chittagong Seniors Club Limited, Lions Clubs International, Fatickchari Prabashi Sramojibee Samiti  Ltd, Prime Bank Foundation.

In 2010 he is was recognized by the “Prime Minister’s Award 2010” for contribution in tree plantation.

Mrs. Hasina Khan is the Director of Pedrollo NK Ltd. She has been associated with the company since its inception. She is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company.

Mrs. Khan is an energetic person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task or situation. As a Director she has excellent leading quality to achieve a certain objectives on time with excellence.

Mr. Imran Khan is the director of Pedrollo nk Limited, which is known as leading water pump company in Bangladesh.  As a promising business personality he has shown his skill by becoming the director of PNL Holdings Ltd. ,  PolyexPrint Ltd., PNL Water Management Ltd., Polytape Ltd. Halda Valley Tea Company Ltd. and Hill Plantation Ltd. In addition,  owner of Prima Enterprise, engaged in import and trading. He also served as the role of Vice Chairman, Executive Committee  of Prime Bank Ltd. till 2016.

Mr. Khan is an Ex-Cadet of Fauzdarhat Cadet College, Chittagong and completed his post-graduation from North South University, Dhaka.

Mr. Khan actively associates himself with CSR activities and is a member of the Chittagong Club Ltd., Chittagong Boat Club, Shaheen Golf & Country Club and governing body of Lion Mukhlesur Rahman Foundation- a renowned NGO and Charitable Organization operating in and from Chittagong for the underprivileged and poor masses.

Dr. Shamim Khan is the Director of Pedrollo NK Ltd. He is currently serving an Executive Director of a reputed Children’s Charity Organization named LMRF and an advancing not for profit Healthcare social business named LMRF Healthcare. He has also experienced in Management and Public Health Professional with More than 10 years in Health, disability elimination and Social Development.

Dr. Khan achieved his MBBS degree from Bangladesh Medical College under Dhaka University. Started his professional career by working in Orthopedic Surgery department of various Hospitals in Bangladesh. He passed FCPS part 1 in Orthopedic Surgery and also joined the MS Orthopedic Surgery Course in Dhaka Medical College on 2009.

Following that, he received extensive training in Orthopedic and General Surgery in BSMMU and CMCH. Along with his Medical Profession, Dr. Khan also developed himself as a social entrepreneur. On 2010, he founded the Zero Clubfoot Project, primary goal of which is to eliminate Congenital Clubfoot deformity from Bangladesh. Now this project is running under LMRF Healthcare.

Mrs. Syeda Tasnuva Khanam joined in Pedrollo NK Ltd. as a Director. She is an articulate, confident person who can relish challenges under pressure. She has a sound and logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through completion. She is also a manger in corporate department in Pedrollo nk Limited. She has a real skill in managing the company in her position with a providence quality. She did her graduation in B.Sc Economics from North South University and Post-Graduation in MCs Finance from Cass Business School City University London, UK. She has job experience with renowned Prime Bank Ltd & Mobil Jamuna Lubricants Ltd, Dhaka.
